Standardized Testing & Exam Room Notice
The simulators on calc84online.com are provided strictly for study practice, remote learning, classroom instruction, and homework completion.
- Proctored Testing Rules: Official testing agencies—including The College Board (SAT, PSAT, AP Exams) and ACT Inc.—strictly prohibit web browsers, cell phones, iPads, laptops, and internet-connected devices inside test centers.
- Hardware Requirement: You must use an approved physical handheld calculator that complies with official test security regulations (such as entering Press-to-Test exam mode).
- No Liability for Testing Disqualification: calc84online.com accepts no liability if a student attempts to access web calculators during unauthorized test settings or experiences equipment confusion on exam day. Please read our SAT & ACT Calculator Policies Guide for verified information.
Simulation Accuracy & "As-Is" Mathematical Output
Our web simulator faithfully emulates the user interface, key matrix, numerical algorithms, and graphing functions of physical calculators. However:
- Emulation calculations are executed through modern browser engines and JavaScript numerical floating-point systems. While overwhelmingly accurate for standard algebra, calculus, and trigonometry curricula, rare edge-case floating-point discrepancies or memory allocation quirks may differ from physical ROM chips.
- We do not warrant that results are error-free or suitable for mission-critical structural engineering, financial accounting, medical dosage, or professional research calculations.
